A Raggedy Bunch

It's days like this that I really miss the Navy!
Here's us at the end of moving day. Really, it was the end of the 1st moving day. The moving continued for almost a whole week! And, the new house is really just around the corner...
A big thanks to Ryan's parents who helped out A LOT! And, to Grandma Martinsen for helping with the unpacking the following week. Don't know what I would have done without them all.

Minor setback of not being able to get the fridge out of the old kitchen. Had to remove the doors...

Grandma entertained all day long!

Go A's!

Eli had so much fun on his first baseall team this fall.

Oriole Oreos

Caleb had a great coach this season and really improved a lot. Each game the coach would select one player to receive the Oriole Oreos for having a great game. Here's what he said when Caleb earned the Oreos:

"Congratulations to Caleb Johnson who got the Oriole Oreos.  Caleb went 2 for 3 with a couple of key defensive plays, keeping his glove down and making good decisions on the field.  Caleb has been doing a great job, staying focused and keeping his head in the game.  Like I always say, continual, gradual improvement is a coach’s greatest reward.  Great job Caleb!"

TEAM JOHNSON

This year Caleb decided to wear his uniform and be a baseball player. Then, Grandma Heap gave Nolan a baseball sleeper. Which led me to convince Eli that being a baseball player would be great. By then, Marcus was begging to be a ball player too. That's how they ended up being Team Johnson for Halloween! I didn't even think about it until the next day, but I should have dressed up as a referee! It wouldn't have been a stretch!
The boys loaded up at our Ward's Trunk or Treat! The next night, they went with the Payne cousins to their Trunk or Treat! And, Caleb, just like his dad, promptly went home and sorted and categorized his candy.

The Simple Things...

Marcus has had lots of fun painting lately.
Get him a bowl of water and a paintbrush...
he'll create some masterpieces on the back porch.
The best part is No clean-up!
