ahhhh. Summer Storm

Every now and then, it's so nice to have some respite from the dry heat.

We actually got some use out of our trampoline! Usually, it just burns your feet!

Unfortunately, Eli wasn't too excited due to Ryan's "Thunder Monster" stories.

In case you haven't heard, the Thunder Monster

flies through the air during thunder storms and carries little children away!

My sister Annie and her family moved back to Mesa, AZ after traveling around (OH & NY) for

dental school. We're so glad they are close (er) by. Only 1 hour away.

We've already been swimming together and had a sleep over.

It's fun to have a little girl (Halle Beth) around sometimes, although I had no idea how to do her hair!

Watching Buddy (aka Brad Lee) prepare for his mission, was so similar to Sarah just a few months ago.
Buddy seemed so ready and eager to get started. He's always been such a great kid.
It's strange to see him all grown up. I was in Jr. High when he was born.
He'll be serving in Toronto, Canada for the next 2 years.
We miss him already!
